ARE YOU ABLE TO TRAVEL INTERSTATE / OVERSEAS?Sure Are!! Having an Australian passport, EU passport & a US green card gives me the advantage of being able to work in quite a few places.
-
WE DON’T REALLY LIKE LOOKING POSED OR FAKE, IS THAT OK?"We’re right there with you. There are some production companies that do this quite well, but as you can tell from our work, we have a much more relaxed approach and focus on getting more candid style shots. Our films always turn out best when people feel as comfortable as possible which what we always aim to do. For the most part, you won’t even know we’re there!

WHY DON'T YOU MAKE 'FULL LENGTH' VIDEOS?We find that the longer a wedding film is, the less it is actually watched. We’ve all been there before visiting friends or family that put on the unabridged director’s cut of their wedding day, only to switch on the lights at the end and find everyone asleep. Making a long wedding film inevitably will result in poorer production value and increased boredom. We know how exciting and special wedding days can be and that’s why we scour through every clip to make sure that nothing but the best will make it into your video because that’s what a wedding deserves. An amazing video that captures the emotion and excitement of the day and demands to be played over and over again!

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE MUSIC?We believe strongly in supporting artists so we want to make sure to secure the right licensing for your film. The famous songs that you hear on the radio are all upwards of $1K to license (ouch!). Instead, we trawl through popular music licensing sites that support independent and emerging artists by licensing their songs for a small fee (which is included in the price of the film).

WHY DO YOU ONLY OFFER 8 HOURS OF COVERAGE?Well we've found over the years that 8 hours really does cover the day pretty perfectly unless you're having a suuuuper early ceremony (in which case you can always add on hours!) - we get bride and groom prep and keep going until all the speeches and fun happens at the reception. It's been my experience that everyone's either too drunk to be filmed or sick of the cameras by around 10-10.30pm. So its nice to give everyone a break to enjoy the celebrations without worrying if their drunk eyes and sweaty foreheads will be making an appearance in the film.
-
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE A "SHOT LIST" TO YOU?"Nope! A shot list kinda takes away the fun and excitement of the events as they happen naturally, and we generally know what needs covering anyway! What really helps us though, is a run sheet for the day with all the important deets like phone numbers and addresses, but we've got the rest totally under control.
-
DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS?We sure do and we can't get enough of them! We'd love to customise a package that suits you and we always try to make it as affordable and epic as possible.
-
CAN WE ASK FOR EXTRA HOURS ON THE DAY?Extra hours are available for a cost and can be arranged up until a day before.
-
HOW DO WE LOCK IN A BOOKING?Well after we've met and you've decided we're the one for you, just let me know and I'll send through the paperwork for you to sign and provide you with an invoice for a 50% non-refundable retainer.
